All items are customized and are produced on-demand — therefore no exchanges, refunds or cancellations are permitted on processed orders. For manufacturer defect of new, unused merchandise, please contact us at the email below for a potential exchange. After communicating with us, send the package via UPS or through the United States Postal Service to the address indicated on the packing slip. Defect exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow at least ten business days for defect returns to be processed.
